Things we do

Examples … let’s see. Well, we’ve worked with five UK Police Forces to help them develop their approaches for assuring the integrity of their crime and incident data. We’ve worked with a major commercial utility company to help it develop the quality assurance framework within its customer services department, as well as training auditors in one of its nuclear power stations. We’ve worked with over 20 voluntary and community sector organisations in South Yorkshire to help them develop their own internal quality assurance systems and improve their chances of attracting funding for their future projects, and we’ve trained the health & safety auditors for three English local authorities

Things we don’t do

We try not to do things you don’t like, and we try to be easy to do business with. Frankly, we have to enjoy our work and we need to take pride from the work we do with you. If you’re the type of customer that want a basic, cheap, safe outcome that meets a minimum requirement and doesn’t unduly tax you, we’re not for you. Our approach isn’t for everybody, seriously

Saying all that, our approach does work for a lot of people. The scope of our operations from our partner offices includes India, Pakistan, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Muscat, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Turkey, Iran and the whole of Western Africa … and it’s growing all the time.
