Managing your internal audit program

We manage the internal audit programs of several clients. They each have their different reasons for asking us to do this for them. Some prefer to use us because they know we are good at what we do and the quality level of scrutiny will be high and free from the influence of internal politics and personalities. Others find that they want to reduce their overhead function and prefer to outsource this business support function, while others have struggled to keep their internal audit programs up to date and know that by outsourcing the job to us, at least it will get done and done well as a bonus

Internal management system review

Some customers invite us to come in and review their internal systems to help them prepare for the rigors of either a third or second party assessment. Quite often there is a lot riding on the outcome of such assessments and companies want to do all they can to look as good as they can when the VIPs are on site

Preparing for Third Party Certification

We have helped numerous organisations prepare for and achieve third party certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Typically that involves the completion of a gap analysis, assistance with action planning and preparing systems and documentation, and assistance in selecting the right certification body. Education Projects

We have excellent links with UK Universities, professional bodies and academic institutions that enable us to offer our overseas corporate clients access to higher academic and professional education resources. This can include local accreditation of in house training programs, the development of staff academies, or the provision of higher level management qualifications to people for whom study in the UK is simply not an option
